Rise 360: Unable to replace image & "View in Review 360" not working

Hello,

I'm currently working in Rise 360 on a new course and 2 features currently don't work when I click on them.

  • The "Replace image" button when trying to upload a new image from my desktop
  • The "View in Review 360" button when in Rise 360

 

These bugs are only a problem in this new course. When I go into an older course, these 2 buttons work just fine. Any idea on what is causing this?

Since the features that aren't working for you both involve uploading content to Articulate 360, please ask your IT staff to make sure that all endpoints listed in this article are reachable from within your organization's network: 

If these endpoints are already configured, try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser to access the 2 features to see if this works for you. If you are still unable to publish to Review 360 or replace images after allowing the endpoints, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
