Rise Data Labels - upload XLIFF fle is generating error

Jul 15, 2020

I copied my existing english course, had mad a copy and had the copy translated. Opened the translated version which happens to be Chinese. Went to Settings, Create New data label and named it Chinese. Attempted to Import the XLIFF file and got this error shown in the attachment.

I attempted same thing but with Russian and got the exact same error. Anyone else seeing this issue? I have followed the directions in the videos but its just not working for me.

Absolutely - am uploading an example of Chinese xliff file now.
This is happening for all language files not just special character sets.
So for instance we also have a German version and when we create a new label attempting to load the German XLIFF it does not work either.
