HI Sara! I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.

If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.

Hi Sara,
Are you running your courses in a new window or within the LMS UI?
On the Rise Export page, what are your selected Tracking and Reporting options?
Did you publish your course with the Exit Course Link?
I am also having this same issue within ADP. My completion is 100%, but my score shows 0% (screenshot attached). What am I doing wrong?
Settings selected in Rise Export:
Export type: LMS (SCORM 1.2)
Reporting: Passed/Incomplete
Exit Link: On
