Rise retake button after quiz is missing

Hi Everyone,

I don't see the words "Retake" under the score after an assessment or quiz.

We require a passing score of 100% and learners don't know to click on the icon to restart the quiz. 

How do I get the word Retake and the icon.

    Hi Maureen,

    Thank you for the screenshot; it is odd that the retake text is missing. Can you try the following?

    1. Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
    2. Toggle the browser's zoom and see if the Retake text will appear.
    3. Make sure your browser is updated.
    4. Clear your browser's cache. 

    If those don't work, can you answer the following?

    1. Is the issue happening when you preview the course or when you access the course from your Web server or LMS?
    2. Are you accessing the course file locally from your computer?
    3. What device and browser are you using?
    4. If you create a test course with a quiz, is the retake text also missing there?

    Hello, I'm having the exact same issue with a course uploaded on SAP SuccessFactors, it doesn't happen with every single user, but as days go by the cases keep rising.

    Hi Elena! 

    I'm sorry to hear some of your users are missing the Retry button on the quiz results screen. Have you taken this course as a learner on SuccessFactors? If so, did the same problem happen to you? 

    Do these learners see an improvement if they switch to a different supported web browser?
