roll over functions over terms to view definitions

I am new to Rise 360  and working on building training. I would like for my learners to have the ability to hover over a terms in a lesson and view the definition of that term. reading posts from 3+ years ago, this was not a possible feature. Has that changed? if not, is there something else i can do thats similar. the end of my course will entail a glossary of terms. can this glossary be searchable throughout? please let me know.
