scorm appears blank on opening - rise
Hello, I published some Rise courses to our LMS. They both have the same settings. One opens in a new window ok and the other in a window that is blank/ white. For my colleague, they open ok.
I thought I'd test out in scorm cloud which I've used before. Both open up blank! I can't think what's wrong - all scorm cloud says is check pop-up blocker, but as it's a window that Does pop up, it can't be blocked. Can't see any setting are off and other websites seem ok.
Nay ideas please?

Does this issue happen when you update the content and replace the SCORM files on your LMS, or during the first time that you uploaded the SCORM package?
Hi Hazel thanks. I have it sorted now. In my LMS (Moodle based), we used a template that included an old SCORM ACTIVITY BLOCK. The problem happened when simply replacing the old scorm, even though it was a different course scorm. We had the replaced the whole SCORM ACTIVITY, and then pop in the new scorm.
Diane - I'm so glad you added this issue and then provided your fix - I just had the same thing happen in Moodle, even though it worked find to just update before. You saved me some troubleshooting time!
