Is anyone else struggling to upload video content into Rise 360? We've been told it's an issue with our IT setup but our IT people can't find anything wrong. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this and had found a fix?

Testing this on my end, I uploaded a 30-second MP4 video to a Multimedia Block (Google Chrome version 123.0.6312.107), on a Mac without issues. Everything was working as expected! To clarify, does this issue occur regardless of the video file or web browser being used? If so, please check with your IT team to confirm all Articulate domains have been added to your organization's 'allowlist'.
