Hello Hilda! I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering errors when trying to upload videos in Rise 360.

Is this happening for any video formats you try to upload into Rise 360? Are you getting the same error even if you upload the video to a different (or a new) Rise 360 course? Would you be able to share one of the video files with me so that I can run tests from my end? You can also share the file(s) with us privately by opening a support case here.

In the meantime, you can try clearing your browser's cache and/or using a different supported browser to see if the issue persists.
