Weird Characters

Hoping someone can help as not seen this before. I'm suddenly getting block quotations appearing as characters. I'm noticing this in the quote blocks:

Changing the font does nothing. Any ideas?? Thanks

I am sorry that the quotations in the quote block appear as stranger characters. Not to worry; I am here to help. Are you seeing the issue in Rise 360? If it is outside Rise 360, can you describe to me how you are viewing the content? In the meantime, here are a couple of troubleshooting steps that you can try:

Recreate the quote block from scratch.
Try using a different browser.
Ensure that your device and browsers are both fully updated.
Clear your browser's cache.

Thanks for the reply! It actually seemed to sort itself out on it's own - still not sure what was causing it, but it hasn't come back, so I guess this is sorted. TY!
