Enhance Rise Quiz Abilities

When I was on a PC I used Storyline to create more intricate quizzes and then import them into Rise.  I have since moved to another job that uses a Mac and since Storyline is not available for Macs - it would be great if the quiz options in Rise could be enhanced similar to those in Storyline.  Hot Spot is the main quiz option that I miss the most.
