To be clear, it isn't just companies that need to meet these standards, but also Articulate. I saw in a different thread that Articulate's response is asking how they can respond to that companies needs to accomplish this. Articulate trying to respond to these issues as an ID only issue is pretty concerning, as Articulate is the direct provider of the AI content and they need to be compliant with the law themselves.
The idea that Articulate provides AI tools and has no built in feature to make them compliant could be argued that Articulate is providing illegal content.
