Make surveys and form "scoring" optional

Can Articulate allow Storyline survey essays and Rise surveys record the submission but not grade it? 

Currently the user entry into the survey text box can be surfaced on a LMS report, but the entry is marked as 'not correct' in terms of an answer. Can functionality be added to allow a score associated with a survey entry be optional? If anything I'd like an entry to be considered "correct" and no entry "not correct".

I want to collect information from the Learner and not penalize them. Not everything needs a score associated with it.
