Option to remove hand cursor on hover for buttons

Much like you implemented the option to show or not show the hand cursor on hover for hotspots, it would be great to have this option for buttons that have triggers associated with them. It's a bit of a giveaway to learners when one of the buttons has a hand cursor, and the others don't. I realize I can make triggers for all of the others as well, but I would prefer to keep the regular cursor. This will also help with the simulations that we make so that we can accurately mimic what a learner will see in their work environment. Most of the objects our learners choose in the platforms we simulate do not have a cursor that changes to a hand cursor.
