Quiz
In the Quiz section, Red color is used to provide feedback for correct and incorrect answers. I would suggest Green color to provide feedback for correct answers and Red for incorrect answers.
I have attached 2 images to provide further clarity.

In addition to this, can Green check marks be used for a correct response and a Red X be used for an incorrect response.
You've flagged this as applying to both Storyline and Rise.
Storyline is the one I'm more familiar with. It comes with a bunch of Feedback templates, including some with red X/green checkmark indicators. It also gives you the freedom to create your own templates in whatever style you would like. To access these templates, just press F5 within Storyline. Remember people see colours differently, so if you're making a custom design, make sure that the results are clear without colour dependence.
