Review Rise - Comment or Reply

ISSUE 1: I frequently notice that SME's tend to keep using the reply bar instead of a new comment during review. In below image you see 4 remarks which all should have been separate comments...

Thanks for sharing this feedback!
I can see how reviewers might reply to a comment when they intend to add a new one. A comment sorting option could also give authors more flexibility when managing feedback.
