Story view visibility

It would be handy to have the story view tab so that you could have it sitting out sepeartely (like the timeline etc.) it would make being able to flick between scenes a lot more efficient.

  • It would be handy to be able to open the entire Story View in a separate window!

When editing slides, you can undock the Scenes panel. That's can be helpful, especially for a scene with lots of branching.

    Here are some other options:

The Scenes panel has a dropdown at the top that lets you switch to another scene while editing slides.

    • To me, the drawback with that method is that it always goes to the first slide in the selected scene.

What I usually do is use StoryView to open multiple slides. Just go back and forth between StoryView and SlideView until one slide from each scene is open for editing.

When you do that, a tab for each open slide appears above the slide area. That makes it easy to switch scenes: just click the appropriate tab. It also lets you easily jump between two or more specific slides (for example, if you're copying-and-pasting content).
