Engage 360 makes it easy to customize the theme colors in your interaction. Use predefined theme colors or create your own.

Switching to Different Theme Colors

There are two ways to switch to a different set of theme colors. The quickest way is to click the Colors drop-down on the Engage ribbon and choose one of the themes.

The second method includes an option to change the color of the header bar:

  1. Click Interaction Properties on the Engage ribbon.
  2. Select the Colors and Effects tab on the left side of the window that appears.
  3. Make a selection from the Theme colors drop-down.
  4. You can also change the color of the header bar in your interaction by selecting one of the options from the Header type drop-down.
    • To hide the header bar altogether, choose None.
    • To change the colors used for the Light and Dark schemes, see the next section.
  5. Click OK.

Creating New Theme Colors

To create your own theme colors:

  1. Click the Colors drop-down on the Engage ribbon and choose a theme on which you want to base your new custom theme.
  2. Click the Colors drop-down again and choose Create New Theme Colors at the bottom of the list.
  3. When the color editor appears, use the color selectors to customize your theme. The interactive preview area on the right side of the window will dynamically update as you make color selections.
  4. Click OK when you're finished.
  5. When prompted, assign a name to your custom theme and click OK.

Editing Custom Theme Colors

To edit custom theme colors:

  1. Click the Colors drop-down on the Engage ribbon.
  2. Right-click the custom theme you want to modify and choose Edit. (Built-in themes can't be edited.)
  3. When the color editor appears, use the color selectors to customize your theme. The interactive preview area on the right side of the window will dynamically update as you make color selections.
  4. Click OK to save your changes and close the color editor.

Deleting Custom Theme Colors

To delete custom theme colors:

  1. Click the Colors drop-down on the Engage ribbon.
  2. Right-click the custom theme you want to remove and choose Delete. (Built-in theme colors can't be deleted.)
  3. Click Yes to confirm your deletion request.
