Presenter 360: Exporting Audio
There may be times when you want to export a copy of your narration for backup purposes, to reuse in other courses, or to create audio podcasts. There are three ways to export audio in Articulate Presenter 360.
- Exporting Audio from Individual Slides, One at a Time
- Exporting Audio from All Slides at the Same Time to Separate Audio Files
- Exporting Audio from All Slides to a Single Audio File
Exporting Audio from Individual Slides, One at a Time
- Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click Narration.
- When the narration window opens, go to the File tab on the ribbon and select Export.
- Browse to the location on your computer where you want to save your exported audio and give it a file name.
- Use the Save as type drop-down to select MP3, WAV, or Both WAV and MP3.
- Click Save.
Exporting Audio from All Slides at the Same Time to Separate Audio Files
- Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click Audio Editor.
- When the audio editor opens, go to the File tab on the ribbon, scroll to Export, and choose either WAV or MP3.
- Browse to the location where you want to save your exported audio and click Select Folder.
Tip: Audio from embedded quizzes and interactions won't be exported.
Exporting Audio from All Slides to a Single Audio File
Need to give learners an audio-only version of your course? No problem. Just export all your narration to a single audio file. Learners can listen to in on any MP3 audio player, smartphone, or tablet.
- Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click Import Audio.
- Click Export at the bottom of the window.
- Browse to a folder where you want to save the exported audio and give it a file name.
- Click Save.
Tip: Audio from embedded quizzes and interactions won't be exported.
