Presenter 360: Exporting Audio

There may be times when you want to export a copy of your narration for backup purposes, to reuse in other courses, or to create audio podcasts. There are three ways to export audio in Articulate Presenter 360.

Exporting Audio from Individual Slides, One at a Time

  1. Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click Narration.
  2. When the narration window opens, go to the File tab on the ribbon and select Export.
  3. Browse to the location on your computer where you want to save your exported audio and give it a file name.
  4. Use the Save as type drop-down to select MP3, WAV, or Both WAV and MP3.
  5. Click Save.

Exporting Audio from All Slides at the Same Time to Separate Audio Files

  1. Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click Audio Editor.
  2. When the audio editor opens, go to the File tab on the ribbon, scroll to Export, and choose either WAV or MP3.
  3. Browse to the location where you want to save your exported audio and click Select Folder.

Tip: Audio from embedded quizzes and interactions won't be exported.

Exporting Audio from All Slides to a Single Audio File

Need to give learners an audio-only version of your course? No problem. Just export all your narration to a single audio file. Learners can listen to in on any MP3 audio player, smartphone, or tablet.

  1. Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and click Import Audio.
  2. Click Export at the bottom of the window.
  3. Browse to a folder where you want to save the exported audio and give it a file name.
  4. Click Save.

Tip: Audio from embedded quizzes and interactions won't be exported.
