Here's an example to highlight what can be done using variables. In the results slide I've used a coloured gradient to show red(low score) to green (higher score) results at a glance. You could make another image that has steps or numbers on it. I insert a slider with the same amount of steps as questions. I set the slider to move to a point depending on the score the user gets - e.g. 2/4 questions will take it to step 5/10 AKA midway. You can have any number of each you like, it's totally customisable. So late to the party, but here is a microlearning (quiz) on items that can be recycled where I made my own feedback layers and results screens to meet this challenge. (earlier one, if curious: https://storage.googleapis.com/alisonsollarsportfolio/content/Recycling%20Interaction%20-%20Storyline%20output/story.html) <--unrelated to this challenge, but this is the same recycling topic and desperately needed an update!
