Hi everyone, I have a question: will a translate audio feature be added to Localization? I'm testing it during the trial period and just noticed that it only translates the text on screen, not the audio, so we have to type or re-record the text in the new language, which is quite time consuming. Thank youSolved324Views1like11CommentsLocalization - Videos, Assets, Audio+
To set the stage, I created a Storyline course in English and localized it into Spanish. In this course, I have 4 external video files and an external podcast audio. The first video file I remade in Vyond in Spanish and when I uploaded it the Spanish version of the SL course, it replaced it in the original source (EN) file. How can I prevent this from happening? I imagine I will have the same issues with the other 3 video files as well. Additionally, I added an icon and a text box to the Spanish only version of the course and it carried back to the original source (EN) file. How can I prevent this from happening? I have a podcast audio file (external .wav) with 2 voices as part of this same course. Are there any tools you can recommend to have this localized into Spanish? Last, and a little bit of a different topic... The options for Mexican and Spain (formal/informal) Spanish are not appropriate for most US cities across the country. Can we add a request for Latin American Spanish to be added to the roadmap, as a priority?101Views0likes1CommentAudio issues
Hello, The latest Storyline update appears to have caused a new issue with audio. I'm finding that when I have multiple audio files on a slide, and I use the seek bar, all the audio plays at the same time in an ear-splitting, hellish cacophony. A fix for this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, SteveSolved909Views4likes16CommentsBug with audios in the last version of Storyline 360
Hello, I downloaded the last version this morning. At first, it looked OK, but as soon as I previewed (or published) a learning containing multiple audios in one slide, playing one after the other, I had this behavior : As soon as I moved the seekbar forward, and moved on a place corresponding to the second / third / any other audio, the first audio started again over the current audio, also being played. So I had two audios played in the same time. I thought it was a bug on my learning, and opened another one. I knew this one was working, and I had the same behavior .. This first audio keeps starting again as soon as I moved in the timeline, on place corresponding to any other audio. Did someone experienced this issue? The only solution for me was to rollback to the previous version, (July 30th) which fixed the issue.Solved374Views1like8Comments
