Dear Articulate, We would like to retrieve/export the Deleted review comments from the REview URL. Currently we can export the review comments that are resolved or that are not deleted from the review tabs. Can you please implement this feature so that, we can download a consolidated Excel sheet from the download option? This feature is required to understand the review process from SME and other content review team members and plan and improvise the production process for the next project. Greetings Heroes! The only thread I can find on this topic was from 9 years ago w the Amazing Ashley T. It seems in this world of HD and 4K, Replay still only has a "best" fps setting of 15? Is this still the case? Any reason why, if so? Thanks! E Hoke Senior eLearning Developer23Views0likes3CommentsRecording a SME with Replay 360 on a computer without Articulate 360
It stands to reason that I, as a content developer, will not be a SME on many of the topics that I will be tasked to create eLearning. Generally, this is not a big problem, except when I need to record a screen with Replay 360. Our company security protocols will not allow me to have someone else use my computer to log in to an application while I am logged in using Articulate 360. How then do I allow the SME to use their computer to run the application we need to record when the SME does not have an Articulate 360 license and the software on their computer? Using Trial Software does not work for repeated needs and doesn't seem fair to Articulate, and purchasing an additional license just for this use is out of the question. Maybe I am stuck just using trial software. I'm happy to hear any suggestions. Thanks.43Views1like7CommentsExport Recordings/Videos as GIFs in Replay
We use GIFs a lot to show navigation and functionality for different products. It would significantly improve the workflow if Replay could export recordings directly into a GIF format. Using other third-party software to convert the MP4 files is time consuming - especially when a lot of GIFs need to be created/updated. This feature could be as simplistic as an "Export GIF" button which prompts the user to crop the video, select a save destination, and then proceed with the export.5Views0likes0CommentsSplitting Videos into Separate Files
Hi! What is the best way to split videos into separate files (chaptering)? I have about a 2-hour video that I'd like to add to a Storyline course that'd broken up into 11 different slides and videos. I see where you can split videos on Replay, but then I can't figure out how to publish each split as a new file. This issue has come up for me several times also when wanting to split videos for Rise courses as well. I've used Camtasia before to split videos as an alternative, but I'd rather use all Articulate software. Any suggestions?50Views0likes2CommentsReplay 360 not publishing video
I have been working with replay for a while and never run into this. When I am in Replay my video and audio works perfectly all is exactly how I want it. When I publish to Reach 360 or Video File the video portion is gone and it shows a black screen on those. Again the video is working fine in Replay just not in published version any tips?23Views0likes1CommentPixelated Video in Replay
When I open a video in replay, the image is distorted and pixelated. Thankfully when I published the video as an MP4, it's fine. But I can't see anything when looking in Replay. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Replay and that seems to have worked in the short term (about 2 weeks ago). But opening Replay today is showing the same issue. I don't want to have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling Replay. I have attached an image for reference.83Views0likes36CommentsAdjusting video speed in replay 360? Exporting videos out?
Is there a way to speed up a screen record you made in replay 360? I just recorded over an hour of product build and just now realized I can't seem to speed up the video OR export it out of the program into another program that will allow me to speed up the video. Any solutions would be appreciated47Views0likes6Comments
