Hi Storyline Heroes Team, I am currently using the Classic Player in Storyline 360 and am facing an issue with the Player Menu. When I expand a menu section, the child items are displayed correctly. However, the expand/collapse down-arrow icon (triangle) for one of the menu items disappears after I click or open the menu. The issue occurs in both: Storyline 360 Preview Published output The menu hierarchy and child items are working correctly; only the expand/collapse arrow icon disappears. I have already tried the following: Checked and shortened the menu titles Checked the menu hierarchy and nested levels Tested the issue in both Preview and published output Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I am currently using the Classic Player. Could you please let me know whether this is a known issue with the Classic Player in Storyline 360 or if there is any workaround to resolve it? I have attached screenshots showing the issue for your reference. Thank you for your support.11Views0likes0CommentsText to Speech problems
Hi there I don't know what's happened in some of my Articulate 360 eLearnings but when I go to edit the Text to Speech text on a slide it's showing me text from the previous slide, although it previews the correct text. I'm very confused :( This has also happened to a colleague so it's not just my pc or work. I'm using the latest version. Any thoughts on what's going on would be much appreciated :) Thank you.18Views0likes1CommentSCORM Content Load Issue on LMS
Hello everyone, I created some programs with SCORM 1.2 and uploaded them to the LMS. However, when learners began going through the programs, the SCORM files started behaving strangely. The screens, interactive, plain, or video, frequently get stuck, preventing learners from moving ahead, even when they attempt to resume the program. This issue is random but occurs often. When the LMS provider clears the suspended data from the backend, the screen load issue is resolved. So, the LMS provider suggested that the problem might be due to suspended data or a character limit issue, recommending that I convert the files to SCORM 1.3, which supports 64,000 characters. After converting the files to SCORM 1.3 and uploading a new set of programs, the issue still persists. Could anyone please help me find a solution to this problem? Thank you for any suggestions you may have. Best, Neha56Views0likes6CommentsRise VO cutting off
I have an issue where I generate some AI voiceover, and it sounds fine. When I insert and preview it in the course, the sentence is being cut short, like the last word gets cut off midway through. This has happened to almost all the VO in the course. The sentences are not that long. What is the best way to resolve this, please?24Views0likes1CommentRise 360: "Restore" to newest snapshot?
In one of my Rise courses, I have a snapshot of the current and previous versions of a course. I want to give a "before and after" demonstration, where I show the previous version of the course, then the current version. I'm concerned about going back to a previous snapshot and potentially "losing" the current version. If I switch from the current to the previous version, will I be able to "restore" the current version, similar to a redo after undoing a change? I couldn't find anything in previous discussions or the support article on snapshots, so hoping there's a definitive answer. With that in mind, I think it would be helpful to add the answer to the knowledge base article in the future. Cheers.39Views0likes2CommentsChanging Storyline Modes
Hi, Is there a way for a user of a course to change between light, dark and custom modes within Storyline? On researching this, I know that the traditional solution is to create different versions within one course, but can this now be done by changing a setting within the player to give the user the choice at that level? Thank you in advance.33Views1like2CommentsCorrupt storyline file
I had a finished project—complete with audio, animations, etc.—and tried uploading it to Review 360 to share it, but error messages started appearing indicating file damage or corruption; I exited the program after saving my changes (a big mistake), and now I can't reopen it. I tried importing the slides and looking for temporary files (something that had worked for me in the past), but it didn't help. I’ve already opened a support case, but I’m sharing the issue here as well, just in case. P.S. I usually keep backups, but I didn't have one for today's version.39Views0likes2Comments
