15 TopicsTraining Recommendations for a Beginner?
Hello! I want to learn JavaScript. ๐ I really need JavaScript for Dummies ๐ I have access to LinkedIn Learning and found courses like: "Hands-On Introduction: JavaScript" (uses GitHub Codespace) "JavaScript Essential Training" (uses CoderPad) "Learning the JavaScript Language" (uses GitHub Codespace) Anyone familiar with these? I'm not familiar with GitHub or CoderPad, so I'd like to not have to set up an account and learn another program/site if the course isn't what I need. Does anyone have any recommendations from LinkedIn or YouTube? Or should I go to Microsoft? ๐ฑ Maybe this is an opportunity for an Articulate Training/Tutorial? Most of the existing training presumes (I think) an intermediate or advanced knowledge of JavaScript. Thanks in advance for helping out a JavaScript newbie ๐ถ๐ผSolved1.2KViews5likes19CommentsNew to ID!
Hi there! I'm Nat, I'm currently attending University of San Diego pursuing a Masters in Instructional Design and Technology. I discovered ID just this year even though I have had so much previous experience in the subject. Discovering ID was such a pivotal moment for me, I instantly realized that this is exactly where my passions and skills lie. I'm super excited and driven to become an Instructional Designer and learn all there is about the field!284Views3likes1CommentHello my name is Mari

Hello E-Learning Heroes- It's nice to meet you all. I have been working on a training team for a corporate grocery retailer in finance. I have been building a lot of trainings in video but want to start utilizing Articulate more. I had a question on whether anyone has used this program to build a monthly newsletter? Could you share any examples or recommend any templates as a starting point? Thank you.139Views2likes1CommentHello fr Vietnam
Hi everyone! I hope youโre all doing well in your instructional design careers. Iโm new here and excited to be part of this warm and welcoming community. You can call me Harry. I started my journey with Storyline three months ago. Before that, I was mainly a Graphic Designer/Motion Designer. I joined the E-Learning Heroes community because I love sharing JavaScript tips and learning from others. I also have a few feature requests that Iโd like to get support for from the Articulate staff. Thatโs all. Love you guys!248Views2likes1CommentHello!

Hello community, my name is Reggie and Iโm based in London, UK. I come from a teaching background and over the last few years Iโve developed a strong interest in e-learning and instructional design. Iโm still learning and currently building my portfolio through voluntary work and personal projects using Articulate Storyline and other tools. My teaching experience helps me understand learners and how to make learning clear and engaging. I joined the E-Learning Heroes community mainly to learn from others, improve my e-learning design and Storyline skills, get new ideas and continue building a strong portfolio as I work towards moving into e-learning and instructional design.9Views1like1CommentHello, I'm Jackie!
It's exciting to have my MA in IDT as of Dec 2026 and to now dive into my career, ready to make an impact! I love to share resources and learn something new every day! I need an accountability partner to just hang with me on Zoom so I stay focused to do Stoyline daily to get my portfolio in better shape! If you are in the same boat, let's connect!261Views1like1Comment
