When the Account Owner of your account is... your reseller (!)
Hi everyone, Do you know that when you buy your subscribtion for Articulate form the reseller, the reseller is the Account Owner? I've just learnt about that and I'm shocked. I learnt from our reseller that they don't have access to our content, but they are present in our team list as Account Owner. What do you think about that? I think it should be changed ASAP.How can I train my stakeholders on reviewing Rise courses correctly?
When some of my stakeholders leave comments on the review section in a Rise course, several reviews often appear in the same block. This causes total confusion for me and an ID. Can anyone point me to a resource on how to correctly review Rise blocks?Personalizing goodbye.html
Hello, At the end of exported trainings, a goodbye.html file is displayed. We modified it to fit our brand chart in a file out of the program folder because we don't have admin rights and asked a sysadmin to make a symbolic link in place of the original file, and were having no problems with it until latest update. In the latest update, at the 1st launch of the day, an automatic file check puts a new goodbye.html in the program folder and it replaces ours in the SCORM exports :( It would be cool to have a setting somewhere where we could choose our own goodbye.html file, because now we have to replace original file by ours each day, requiring admin rights. Edit : nope we can't do that as SCORM exports freeze at the end now, so only solution for now is replacing the goodbye file in each export :( Regards, Michael.Double/nested heading tags in Rise
In a few recent Rise builds (created between June and August 2026) we've encountered headings established through Heading, Subheading, Paragraph and heading, and Paragraph and subheading blocks that have two heading tags, one nested within the other. E.g., <h3><div><div><h2><span>heading text</span></h2></div></div></h3> (see also attached screenshot). We have not been able to diagnose why this is occurring and haven't been able to purposefully replicate it yet, beyond copying an "infected" heading and pasting it elsewhere, which spreads the issue. It only seems to involve <h2> and <h3> tags. So far, we've seen <h2><h2></h2></2>, <h3><h2></h2></h3>, and <h2><h3></h3></h2>. I don't recall encountering <h3><h3></h3></h3> or any other heading levels. We've been able to remedy the issue by just recreating those blocks from scratch or using paragraph blocks in which we manually assign headings. Sharing just to see if anyone else is encountering this..?
