Reach 360 provides a holistic experience, giving users easy access to all courses in which they're enrolled. They can also curate their own course list by browsing the library and creating a list of favorites.

There are times, however, when you need learners to focus and take one specific piece of training. Maybe you have a company portal (like Sharepoint) and want to add it to their personal landing page. Or maybe you have a form letter that you send to learners. Whatever the reason, you have two options.

Direct Sharing

Direct sharing is the quickest and easiest way to link learners directly to content.

From the Manage tab, click Courses and select an item in the course list and click Share Course

A window displays with a URL that you can copy and share or a QR code that you can download and distribute. Either option brings learners directly to the content. As a bonus, if you have self-registration enabled for Reach 360, these links allow new learners to self-register.

Direct Linking

You can also share a link that takes registered learners directly to the content.

From the Learn tab, click Browse Library and select the course to which you'd like to link.

Tip: Can't see the training in the library? If its library visibility is toggled off, you'll have to enroll yourself in the training first.

Once the start page loads, select and copy the URL. This URL is all you need when creating a hyperlinked record on your company portal, in an email, or any other deliverable.

Once the direct link is created, it's a simple matter of ensuring your learners are enrolled in the training. When they click the link and sign in to Reach 360 (if they're not signed in already), they'll be taken directly to the start page.
