I see the 29 different languages supported with text to voice, will there be added languages supported in the near future? Im from Norway and i see you all ready support Danish, Swedish and Finnish, but not Norwegian :(
Hi JoakimNes, While Norwegian isn't currently supported due to the technology that is used to generate the AI voices, the team is currently evaluating additional changes to that feature. Norwegian is supported in our classic Text-to-Speech feature in Storyline 360. I hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Good morning! I was curious on the data retention on this. A lot of the topics that I teach have a lot of sensitive data. How is the data filtered after we use AI? Is data retained when it is being used? Is AI learning from our data?
Hi KevinConnolly, Those are really great questions. I recommend checking out our AI FAQs document. It discusses our Data Retention Policy under the Legal & Compliance section. Our AI Security and Privacy at Articulate document is also a great resource for this topic. The short answer is that we have a zero data retention policy for our AI subprocessors. We also don't use your data to train our AI. I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any questions.
Hi LindaRiley-dc2b , The cost is per seat. When enabled, AI Assistant is available to all seats in the subscription. There is currently no option to turn it on or off for individual seats.
I suspect this will be a common question. My company has quite a few seats, so it's unlikely that we'll get 100% of our users on board with upgrading to the AI version. Hopefully, Articulate will devise a way to allow clients to divide their accounts into "Standard" and "AI" portions!

I see the 29 different languages supported with text to voice, will there be added languages supported in the near future? Im from Norway and i see you all ready support Danish, Swedish and Finnish, but not Norwegian :(

Hi JoakimNes, While Norwegian isn't currently supported due to the technology that is used to generate the AI voices, the team is currently evaluating additional changes to that feature. Good morning! I was curious on the data retention on this. A lot of the topics that I teach have a lot of sensitive data. How is the data filtered after we use AI? Is data retained when it is being used? Is AI learning from our data?

Hi KevinConnolly, Those are really great questions. I recommend checking out our AI FAQs document. It discusses our Data Retention Policy under the Legal & Compliance section. Our AI Security and Privacy at Articulate document is also a great resource for this topic. The short answer is that we have a zero data retention policy for our AI subprocessors. Hi LindaRiley-dc2b , The cost is per seat. When enabled, AI Assistant is available to all seats in the subscription. There is currently no option to turn it on or off for individual seats.

I suspect this will be a common question. My company has quite a few seats, so it's unlikely that we'll get 100% of our users on board with upgrading to the AI version. Hopefully, Articulate will devise a way to allow clients to divide their accounts into \"Standard\" and \"AI\" portions!
