This Month in ELH: Learning Out Loud

July was full of members sharing what they’re thinking, trying, building, and learning along the way.

We dug into AI and the changing role of L&D, challenged familiar ideas about learning design, and took a look at everything from helpful tools, to gamified experiences, to a full-blown restaurant-rush game. With Articuland getting closer, some of those conversations are about to get even bigger.

🎤 The Conversations Continue at Articuland

The conversations happening in E-Learning Heroes aren’t stopping here. At Articuland, we’re bringing many of them into the room, with sessions shaped around the topics members are already exploring together.

Registration is open, and we’ve shared a first look at the speakers and sessions, as well as how this year’s four learning tracks grew directly out of conversations happening across the community.

And if you’ve noticed the countdown on the ELH homepage...there’s a reason. 👀 Keep an eye out for more information about our biggest announcement to date!

This was a great read. I like how it highlights that some of the best learning comes from conversations, experimentation, and sharing ideas with others, not just from structured courses.

I also appreciated seeing real projects and works in progress. It's a good reminder that you don't need to have everything figured out before sharing your ideas. Sometimes that's exactly how the best learning happens.

Thanks for putting this together and showcasing so many great contributions from the community!

I really liked the point about learning out loud. Seeing people share experiments, unfinished projects, and even things that didn’t go exactly as planned makes the community feel more useful and real.

The Dine-O Dash example was especially interesting. It’s always good to see how a simple idea can grow through testing and feedback. Looking forward to seeing what people share next.
