Engage Freezing May 17, 2022 By Jessica McGoey When I copy and paste verbiage into Engage the program freezes and I have to end the task. It was working fine for awhile, and now it just stopped. Any idea how to fix it?

I want to ask you some follow-up questions to begin troubleshooting: Does this happen with every Engage file where you attempt to insert verbiage or a specific project in particular? How many characters are you trying to insert when this issue occurs? Where are you copying the verbiage from? Do you get a specific error message, or does it just freeze up, and you are forced to shut down the program? I look forward to your answers and to helping you work through this issue!
