Hi, I have not use Articulate Presenter for a couple of weeks and when I now open the previous power point I was working on the Articulate ribbon is missing. I have tried all the suggestions, including restarting, on how to resolve the issue with Options-Add-ins, Trust Center but everytime I restart powerpoint(it is appearing as long as I don't shut down) the Articulate ribbon is missing. If I try to use Slide Properties it goes gray and wont open.

I am also having the same issue. EDIT: An update came through after posting this that appears to have resolved the issue.
