Entire Video won't play

I have a 52 minute video I'm trying to edit in Replay. However, it stops playing at the 17:02 minute mark. I need to cut out about 10 minutes in the middle of the video but I can't even get to that point. Any ideas?

I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing this. 

In order to better assist you, I have a few clarifying questions:

  1. Have you been using Replay 360 for a while, or is this your first time using the platform?
    • If so, I'd like to pass along the system requirements, as this is helpful when we're investigating the source of an issue. 
  2. Do you know if your project files are located on your local hard drive ( your C: drive typically)? 

If these troubleshooting tips don't seem to help, would you be willing to work with our support engineers, who can take a deeper look at your Replay installation as well as the file itself?
