Video Freezing only in LMS

Hello!
I'm having a problem where a video I created in another program and imported to Articulate Storyline is freezing at the same point in my LMS. It plays fine when I preview it in Articulate and even in Review 360.
I've tried re-importing the video, adjusting the timeline, ensuring I haven't trimmed anything, and more. I got it to play correctly once when I allowed viewers to move the seek bar, but that isn't the standard for training in our organization so I can't have the final project be set up that way.
Any ideas???
I've attached the file. It freezes when the severe weather part comes up.

Thanks so much for reaching out! So sorry to hear your video is freezing up on your end.
I'd first recommend trying to re-encode your video using a free tool called Handbrake. You can download Handbrake here. And here's a helpful video on how to re-encode videos using the tool
Since this is a longer video, can you try splitting the original video into smaller videos to see if the issue is related to its length?

i have checked your test course with "publish to web"
Firefox: no problems
Chrome/MS Edge: the video stops at 1:21
next test:
drag the storyline compressed video (960x540 Pixel - 17.5 MByte) direct in the browser
Firefox: no problem
Chrome/MS Edge: the video stops at 1:21
next test:
drag your uncompressed video (1920x1080 Pixel - 171 MByte) direct in the browser
Firefox: no problem
Chrome/MS Edge: no problem
-> storyline compression on publish is the problem - a video will be created, which is not Chrome/MS Edge compatible
my suggestion: compress* the video outside of storyline and turn off video compression in storyline

this is a new incompatibility with the current chrome/chromium/edge version
with previous versions (e.g. Chrome 104) there are no problems with this video

same problem with the new adaptive publish (.ts) on current Chrome -> video stopps at 1:21
