Replay pane showing portion of screen capture not full image

Hi, Can someone help me understand what I'm doing wrong here. I've recorded the whole screen but each time I do the preview pane in Replay it only shows a portion of what was recorded? Thanks!

    Hello Elisha!

    I'm happy to help! 

    We've had others run into similar, and there are three tips I'd have you look into: 

    • Check the DPI/resolution of your screen. Use as close to 100% as possible 
    • If using two monitors, disable one monitor while recording.
    • Change the resolution down to 1920x1080.
