Hello! I was working on a big project for my department and noticed the new 360 Image [Beta] feature on the ribbon today. I watched a YouTube video from Dave, and my mind is blown! I'm now desperately searching for a 360 camera! Can Articulate give any advice for cameras or files that work best with this 360 feature? I'm trying to learn more so I can purchase something that integrates well with this new feature!
I use my Google Pixel camera. The Android-based phones should have access to 360 image feature. I am not sure about the iOS.
You can install the Google Street View app and that offers similar features.
Any camera that shoots 360 should output 360 images. Here are some options for cameras on Amazon. ranging from $100 to $300. I can't attest to the lower-end versions, I'd probably go with the Ricoh or Samsung Gear.
Hi, Do you have a link to the Youtube video you mentioned? Definitely interested in this new feature. I also wonder will there be any stock 360 images to use in the future in the same menu as icons , photos and illustrations.
