Hi, I am working with the closed captioning feature in 360. I added audio (speech to text) and chose to include the closed caption. I previewed, clicked the CC button and it appears so all good there. It does disappear though once the audio finishes. I would like for the caption to stay up a little longer, even until the user clicks Next. Is this possible?
Aside from extending the caption all the way to the end of the audio clip, the learner could also click the pause button in the player to pause the slide and read the caption text.
I can definitely understand why you might want to have the option to keep the caption text on the screen after the audio ends, and that would make an excellent feature request. Could you share your idea with our product team by clicking here? Thanks for reaching out!
Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear that Michele's suggested workaround does not work for you. If you are still having issues, I would open a Support case so that one of our engineers can take a look!

Hi, thank you. Perhaps adding some "dead air" to the end of the audio file will work as a workaround as well. I have requested the feature.
thank you
Michele

I have tried adding 'dead air' and it does not work....
