Dial Interaction is not working properly on the iPad or mobile device

Hi! We have created a dial interaction in Storyline 360 that is working fine on a desktop using a mouse, but the dial interaction is not working properly when tested on an iPad or mobile device.

If anyone has a solution, please advise.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:

  • How are you accessing your courses? Are they hosted on a web server, or an LMS?
  • Does the behavior occur when you use non-iOS browsers such as Google Chrome? 
  • Which versions of iOS have you tested the courses on?

Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Thanks for the additional information. Since your courses are hosted on an LMS, I'd recommend testing how your course behaves in a different LMS to help isolate if the issue is specific to your hosting environment. Here's how you can test your course in SCORM Cloud:
