I am using Articulate Storyline 360 to design a graded quiz with three attempts. Everything works smoothly when the user takes these 3 attempts one after another. However, if the user closes the module and then reopens it (revisiting a completed module), a prompt appears asking whether to resume or restart.
If the user selects "Resume," everything proceeds as expected.
But if the user selects "Restart," the quiz resets the three attempts (which I want to avoid).
Is there a way to disable this feature (the automatic screen that appears when revisiting a module, allowing the user to select resume or restart)?
One thing you can do is to set the resume behavior of your course to 'Always resume'. This way, the course will always resume, avoiding any restarts from happening. You can read more about resume behavior here:
