Does a "Show layer" trigger always open that layer at the beginning of its timeline?

In SL360, will a "Show layer" trigger automatically start the targeted layer at the beginning of its timeline and triggers? Or, if the timeline and/or triggers of the targeted layer have previously partially run, will “Show layer” start the targeted layer from where it was paused?

Thanks for the replies, Phil and Leslie. The revisits property of the layer is already set to "Revisit to initial state." I have a problem with some looping triggers and wanted to eliminate the possibility that revisits to the layer were not starting from the beginning of the timeline. Could any setting or trigger anywhere else in the project override the "Revisit to initial state" property, or can I safely assume that the layer will reset to initial state anytime the slide is revisited?
