Eye Dropper bug on multiple monitors

The eye dropper tool used within the "More fill colors" palette is glitchy on my multiple monitor set up.
The eye dropper does not track properly - even confusing which monitor is displaying the pixels.
In some cases I can work around this issue by guessing where the cursor is actually tracking, but that process is ridiculous and interfering with my workflow.
Please fix this simple functionality that really should work on multiple monitors - I don't know any developers that use single monitors anymore.

I have the same issue on SL3. Is there a patch to fix this?
Hi folks, really sorry for the trouble. You're not alone -- other community members have reported the same issue, and our team is looking into it. As soon as we know more, we'll pass the information along to you!
Any updates to be had on this issue - our team is having the same problem and it is a time waster for all of us.
I'm sorry your team came across this problem, David. I don't have any updates to share at this point, but you're in the right place. We'll let you know as much as we can, as soon as we can!
Alyssa - I also work with Captivate and remembered a similar issue with tracking when doing screen captures.
Windows 10 sets the default resolution to 125 percent as the recommended default. Simply setting the default to 100 percent in the Display settings seems to have fixed the problem on my three monitors, i.e. the eye dropper now picks up the colour value of the pixel I hover over and click on. I have passed this on to the rest of my development team members.
David, thanks for that. I'm setting up Windows 10 now and I just set that to 100% to avoid any issues that might cause. Mine had defaulted to 150%.

Hello, I am using Storyline 360 v 3.56.26219.0 and am still having issues with the eyedropper across multiple screens. Is there something in my settings that I should be doing to address this? Thank you!
Hello Rachel!
We're happy to help with what you're running into with the eyedropper! We don't have recent reports related to this bug after we released the fix. Do you mind sharing a quick screen recording with us to see if we can recreate the steps?
