We've built digital versions of some pen/paper exercises into our LMS. For some of the fields, the prompt text shows up in a larger and dissonant font from our other fields. The error does not show up in Storyline preview or Review360, but does show up when we publish to SCORM 1.2 and upload into our LMS. We though it might be connected to modern text rendering, but understand that disabling this function is no longer possible. Optimistic that the community can solve this one!
Since your course works both in preview and when published to Review 360, there's a chance that the issue might be isolated to when your course in your LMS. One way to confirm this is to test your course in a different LMS and for this, we recommend using SCORM Cloud. Here's how:
Additional tests that you can do is testing using other browser's, as well as making sure that you have all browsers kept up-to-date with the latest updates.
If your course shows the same issue in SCORM Cloud, please send us a copy of your course by uploading it here or through a case with our support team so we can check why publishing to LMS causes your fonts to display improperly.
