The audio is not audible on the first play on the main screens even though the seekabar is moving; have to use the replay button to hear the audio or change the position of seekabar. This is happening inconsistently.
I have used Storyline 3 to publish my package, Please refer below SS for the Storyline version I'm using.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
Does interacting with your course when it loads allow the course to properly play the audio?
Do you have your course published to Web or LMS?
Are you able to replicate the behavior on non-iOS devices?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Sorry, I can't upload the files as it contains client information.
Actually, if I publish my course in 360 it works fine on the iPad. But it's showing me a new issue which I have mentioned below. also, refer screenshot for the same
The audio replay/Play button does not work for main events or sub-events.
I understand that you can't share your project file here, so I opened a support case on your behalf to get you in touch with our support team. You can share your project file in private with us there, and we can also provide you with an NDA since your file contains proprietary information. Please be on the look out from on email from our team!
As discussed with my team sorry even if you provide an NDA, we will not be able to share the SL file with you. We are facing the same issue with the demo file attached below.
Thanks for sharing a copy of your project file. I shared this with my colleague Fannie who is working with you on this case. You're in good hands, and we'll continue this conversation with you through the support case.

NO

Have you implemented any workaround to remove the black play button at the beginning of the course?
NO
if you upload your course - or minimal version with the problem - to review 360* I can test it with my iPad
* or another webserver
(your iOS system version is some old - current version for your iPad is probable 15.7.1)

tested* with
AUDIO: no problems
PLAY Button: some problems
special problem with iPhone - Update: only for classic player, no problem for modern player (play button is here left bottom)
* the test is with mobile version of classic player - perhaps all test should be redone with modern player
Thanks for the suggestions..! :)
I kept a 1-sec gap between the timeline start and audio but unfortunately, it's not working for us.
