Any advice on the following issue would be greatly appreciated. I've made a small revision to an existing Storyline file --a simple image replacement. The file has previously been published to video (although not by me). I'm seeing this warning when I try to publish :" Some of the media in this project cannot be included in the video" and then the process stalls out. I get the same result with when I try to publish the original file. Thanks for pointing to anything I can try.
Hi there, Meg! Thanks for letting us know what's going on, and I'm sorry you're hitting a roadblock!
I'd love to take a closer look at your file, if you don't mind sharing it. You can send it to me privately using this link. I'll test it out, then I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
I was able to take a peek at the case Meg worked on with our team and it was specific to her file, so I do not have any additional information to share with you here.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
I'm currently experiencing the same issue - I published this exact file to video last week without any issues, and now today I am receiving the error message - "some of the media cannot be included articulate storyline video" - every time I attempt to publish to video. I have tried it with several versions of the video placed into the course, and can't seem to publish without errors.
Thanks, Leslie. The problematic file has been uploaded. I have actually completed this project using another tool, but if we could sort this out I would very much like to switch back to SL for the succeeding videos in this series.
Thanks, Tin. I've received your support case. I'm taking a look and will respond to you via email from your case.
Hi Brandy,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing that you're experiencing a similar issue. I am taking a look at Tin's file now, but I'd be happy to help you as well.

Thank you so much for sharing your file! I've escalated your case to our Support Engineers so they can determine what is causing the error message when publishing to video. You'll hear from them via email in your support case!
