Hi colleagues! Our Articulate license renewed last week, and when it renewed, we lost all of our shared Rise Block templates and all of our Team Slides (shared or not). Has this happened to anyone else? How were you able to resolve it? Thanks. I've contacted Articulate directly, but this week is shutdown for them.
