I am working with a Subject Matter Expert to try to add interactivity to their lecture. I would like to create a storyline video where they can click on the video and type in their comments and then continue. I want them to provide me with feedback, and suggest what kind of interaction they would like at certain points in the video.
I am having trouble getting storyline to give me a paired value with time and comment. I am trying to put it in my LMS which can only use SCORM 2004 3rd ed.
Is it possible to get a paired time value from the player with a comment from the user?
This exact feature is built into the Storyline REVIEW portal. Upload the video there, in its entirety.
Then send the video URL to your SME. They can play the video and stop it at any point they want and leave a comment in the right side-panel. The comments will be time-coded and even show you a thumbnail of the screen where they paused.
