Microsoft Forms in Storyline

Hi, I develop courses on Articulate Storyline, and I really want to embed Microsoft forms into the storyline. I want to add pre-test and post-test. Is that possible? If so, how do I do it?

Ps. Is there any way to get the results of short answer and essay questions on the storyline?

  • Hi, Nancy!

As Phil mentioned, you can embed the form into your Storyline course as a web object. Here's how:

Please let me know if you have questions on this, and if you'd like to share your file, we'd be happy to take a closer look! You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

  • Hey, Thanks so much. I finally have some time to do some testing; I'll see if I figure it out and come back if I have trouble.

  • Hi, Nancy!

That's great to hear and thanks for updating this discussion! If you run into any trouble moving forward or have additional questions, please let us know!

  • Hi Community, I want to access a Storyline project from Microsoft Forms. Is that possible? How? Thanks

If you have published the course module to a Sharepoint site or some other "linkable" location, you should be able to click that link in the form to launch the course.

Just remember that there will be no tracking of that launch, or the activity in the course, since the "linkable" location would not be in an LMS.

  • Hi there, where (how) exactly do I "Insert" a Web Object?

  • Hi Zeljko,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like you are looking to embed into a Rise 360 course. Is that correct?

You will find the Embed block in the Multimedia category within Rise 360. Once the block is inserted, click on Edit>Change and then paste the iframe code into the content section. Here's a Quick Peek to get you started.

Let me know if you have any questions!
