I'm wondering if anyone has a quick fix to help solve my problem. I've published my storyline file from Storyline 3 to both wordpress and Moodle and while there is no issue viewing on desktop, the mobile view has a large amount of black space both above and below the slides. (I've attached images to show this - one shows the amount of space above and the other the amount of space below - I've hidden the content as it hasn't officially launched yet :) ) - we didn't seem to have this issue when publishing with storyline 2 - is there anything i can do?
Hm, to me this looks like a typical course with dimensions like 16:9 viewed on a screen in portrait mode. When you turn the phone to landscape, does the course content then fill most of the screen? Does this only happen when you view the content from an LMS link?
Thanks so much for you response! When the phone is turned to landscape there is still alot of black space - the user needs to scroll down to see any of the player buttons. I have this issue both within the LMS and embedded in wordpress.
Thanks Leslie - here is a subset of the slides (stripped of audio or content). I've attached the .story, my publish settings and the zip file that is generated.
Thank you for your reply. Every course with this issue. Storyline version -
Update 7: 3.7.20003.0.
I using iPhone 8 for testing. But Android phone also with this problem.
Attached please find the screen cap of another problem. Subtitle is out of
the courseware when using mobile to view.

Hi Michael,

Are you embedding in the page?
Yes in both cases it doesn't open in a new window (I'm sure I tried that
too and it had the same result though :/)

Hey Helen,
Sorry that you're having difficulty with this. Any chance you can share the .story file for us to take a look?

Hey Helen,
Thanks for sharing your file so that I could take a look.
I'm not seeing the same issues when publishing and uploading your course.
Let me know how those courses look for you, but they looked as expected on my iPhone.
Very interesting - yes these look fine....I'll try opening in a new window again to see if that makes a difference. Thanks Leslie!
Sounds great Helen. Just let me know if you need any further assistance.
Hi Leslie McKerchie, I have the same problem. can you help for this? Thank you!
Hello Willie!
We're happy to help! We've made changes to the mobile view over the last three years, so we'll want to start troubleshooting from the beginning.
If you'd like us to take a look at your project, feel free to attach it to this discussion or upload it privately in a support case.

Hi, Willie.
Thank you for providing those details! However, it doesn't look like the image was attached.
