I have a course that has mulitple videos that are lightboxed. It seems that about 20% of the time when people go through it is marking as incomplete even though people are viewing the correct number of slides and the lightboxed slides are not being counted towards the whole. (subtracted from the total slides). What could be causing this issue? I can share the file. I will add - I have tested it on SCORM cloud and am having no issues.
