My opening articulate window tells me that I should update. When I click on Storyline for the update it shows the blue line updating until it completes the blue ending. the line then turns into a gray line and then gives the message unable to complete installation. I have retried a number of times
In most cases where Storyline 360 failed to install or update, the case behind the issue was insufficient privileges of the user on their computers. As a troubleshooting step, try running the Articulate 360 Desktop app as an administrator to see if this helps. You can also try doing a repair of Storyline 360 if this behavior is a fairly new occurrence.
