Hello everyone
in Storyline is it possible to make an object appear where the mouse cursor is knowing that I don't know where the mouse cursor will be when I click?
for example, I have a surface and I want if the student clicks on this surface, it opens a menu just under the cursor
OK, I understand but the problem is that I want the object (a menu) to open exactly where the student's cursor is. But I don't know where his cursor will be exactly.

Yes, on the slide master create a layer with your object on, I would set it so it doesn't hide other layers.
On the base layer of the slide master create a trigger to show layer when variable changes ( could be called showEverywhere is a number variable)
When you want the layer to show create a trigger to adjust variable and add 1 to it
Hello Phil
You won't be able to open a context menu like that, there are a couple of people on here who maybe able to give you a javascript solution for this

Math is one of the best people to help here, you would need to factor in if the mouse is in a position the menu would go off stage
