Our team has a course that was developed with our normal Player settings. The course always plays with the CC showing. We turn them off and then restart the course and it restarts with CC, again! So, we turned off (unchecked) Accessibility controls and Captions, and the player's CC icon disappears, but it still plays/previews with CC. Does anyone know how to fix the CC on this course? Specifically, how do you turn off the CC, so that it stays off until called for?

there is a function always CC to be visible at startup
what does your project show at "Player.DisplayCaptions" ?
