Is there a way to create a trigger in a lightbox slide to unmute speakers when an individual mutes the course audio?
For example, the learner decides to mute the audio on the main slide. An interaction is selected and a lightbox slide opens. Since audio was muted on the course, the learner doesn't have the ability to turn on or off audio in the lightbox. I added a button where the learner can play the audio within the lightbox, but the audio is muted and won't play.
Being able to turn audio on/off is an accessibility requirement for us, as well as generating CC. Any help is appreciated.
